In other SCOTUS news, ex-Gov.'Sodomy' Bob McDonald had his conviction thrown out. :rolleyes:

The Texas decision is excellent. Should spell doom for similar overbearing regulations that have closed clinics in lots of states.

The Republicans are losing the culture wars but they are kicking our asses on the economic ones:(, which are way way more important IMO.

Good post Tom. I think this largely true in perception, not necessary in reality though.

To me it's looks like the Ayn Randers have had things pretty much their way with the economy for the last 40 years. That seems pretty real to me.
