No. In Kansas they cut taxes for the upper crust to almost zero, and what happened was tax revenues plumeted and now they struggle to fund anything and property and sales taxes, which impact the lower classes the most have gone through the roof.

There will be no money for infrastructure. Only bombs.

They were obstructionists because they did not want to let an African-American President credit for anything. Now that the GOP has a white guy they will be running to hand him an infrastructure bill. Being decent Americans Pelosi and Schumer will probably support it.
