I find it scary and interesting.

Even more interesting is its' becoming public right after the G8/G20 summit. The Europeans wanted reduced deficits, the US wanted more global stimulus.

I believe a deal was cut, we do the stimulating and the G20 will support the dollar. Just a guess.

RBS was one of the banks they had to bail out simply due to their nutcase policies.
