This is a ballot measure that will show up on our local ballot (Montgomery County, MD) In November. There's been a history in this all Democratic county of the public sector unions effectively running the county, as opposed to the council or the County Executive (with their acquiescence, for the most part) .

Shall the Act to modify the scope of collective bargaining with police employees to permit the exercise of certain management rights without first bargaining the effects of those rights on police employees become law? FOR AGAINST
