Meh. Low level federal court. When (or IF) it reaches the SCOTUS I'll pay attention. Something tells me that so long as the government can assert that it's for "National Security" that it'll pass muster. Bear in mind; The government is charged with the responsibility to defend the nation from enemies ".....foreign and domestic".

This is another case wherein the question will be whether or not the founders could conceive of such technological advances as cell phones and the internet and their ubiquity. Also to consider is whether or not the bulk of the outrage is genuine or driven purely by political motivations.
