Kyle Rittenhouse Trial

Has anyone been keeping up with this trial? I watched some of it on tv yesterday and it seems to me the judge is using every power he has to tip the decision in favor of Rittenhouse. Maybe Rittenhouse is innocent and maybe he is guilty, but, I think the judge should be neutral.

I was wondering about that myself. He did seem to go rather hard on the ADA for trying to use something that was disallowed. We'll see if he allows the defense motion for a mistrial.

I also get the impression that this judge is looking for any justification for a mistrial with prejudice. If this were anybody, non white with a AR15 that shot and killed....story would be much different.

Kyle looks to be well coached and those crocodile tears didn't fool me.

Look for "Babyface Rittenhouse" to become a celebrity on Reich-Wing media real soon.

BlueStreak 11-12-2021 10:09 AM

Isn't it obvious?
His phone rings in the middle of the trial with "God Bless the USA" as a ring tone......... He interrupts the trial to put on a "Thank the Veterans" show......
He shouts at the prosecuting attorney for suggesting Rittenhouse went to Kenosha looking for trouble...(Which is exactly what he did.)

"I'm not sure what you're up to......!" Not sure what he's up to? He's a prosecuting attorney, he's trying to prosecute. DER.

Everything about this judge screams WINGNUT and this trial is a travesty.

Already is.

Even with the flawed prosecution in this trial, I still don't see how a jury can acquit Rittenhouse. Who has three confrontations in less than ten minutes in which he has to defend himself by shooting someone? Nothing about what he did that night makes any sense except that he was looking for trouble.

OJ got away with murder.

Kyle's trial has nothing to do with justice. Welcome to tabloid America.

Guess when a active shooter at a school gets confronted by people wanting to stop them. The shooter is able to then kill, being justified as feeling threaten....

RickeyM 11-12-2021 02:58 PM

Let's see, checks notes...
Standing in a crowd of protesters with an illegally held AR-15, cocked and loaded.
Then gets in a tussle, shoots the guy in the head and runs away.
Get's pursued by people trying to apprehend him and to get away shoots some of them too. Babyface Rittenhouse couldn't have wished for a better (for him) judge.
Here come da' judge!
