My dad worked for Cleveland Public Power briefly, reported to the Boy Wonder. He says he didn't care about anything real. He also says CPP was actually using more power than it produced there for a while.

Thinking about it, Kucinuch did indeed manage to do something no one else has since.

He got a Republican voted in as Mayor of Cleveland.
