This settles it. Kagan's a good SCOTUS nominee
 

It seems that Jeff Sessions has come out four-square against Kagan, calling her dangerous. In that he ranks up there with the biggest pinheads in Congress, his opposition to her means to me that she's probably a good, qualified candidate.

He's also a frustrated spurned judicial nominee. He was nominated as an Appellate judge by Reagan but was rejected because he was too much of a racist, even for some Republicans. Ever since he got to the Senate he's been a real terror on the Judiciary Committee.
