"Houdini handcuff suicides"

http://www.nbcnews.com/news/investig...-claim-n193321

The county coroner states the defendant was able to shoot himself while being handcuffed from behind because of his "body habitus" which is a medical term denoting what one is shaped like. In x-ray terminology a hypersthenic person is muscular and a hyposthenic one is thin.....so I am assuming that the coroner is saying the young man was somehow thin enough or muscular enough to grab a gun and shoot himself in the chest while being handcuffed with his hands behind his back.

All the while in the back seat of a police car at a police station.

At a police station, back seat of a police car, man handcuffed behind his back, access to firearm ... suicide.

Really?

That is the official version. They put it out on Facebook first (The Police Department) and said the round entered into his back. But the coroner says it was a chest entry wound. Of course the official report is still being readied by the Police Department for release if I understood the older stories about the incident that were linked at the bottom of the page correctly.

If the coroner says he shot himself, of course he shot himself. Out of generational rage and entitlement, no doubt.

What are the qualifications of a coroner other than winning an election?

You have to know how to buttress your reports with expert authority by using terms like "body habitus."

No, that's why he ended up in handcuffs to begin with.

That he shot himself is a completely different issue.

If everyone was a perfect law abiding citizen, why would we need a police force? Now there is a thought. :)

What? Are you a fairytale believing Republican now, Rajoo?

Take Waldo, Florida for example. Even the police hate what they are doing to it's citizens. Of course, happens only in Florida.
