Pioneer CS-99 Speakers?

Hi fellas - saw a pair of these at the local SA today for $40. Cabs looked to be in good shape, a little scuffed but solid with no bad scarring. Grilles looked good and the drivers seemed to look fine as well. Are they worth picking up for that price?

HELL YES!! those are great speakers! i have a pair of original pioneer cs-99s and they rock the house!
