The answer is apparently not.

Mostly no. In their view the Democrats are not somewhat leftish opponents of the Republicans, but evil Godless America-haters who will, if elected, unleash hordes of immigrants/criminals/people of color and destroy everything they hold dear. It's a psychological vicious circle, the worse Trump is, the worse they have to believe Democrats are, to justify supporting Trump. But having gotten on this ride in 2016, they can't get off. To stave off the apocalypse, you can justify anything.
