It is really good with fried rice...and putting a little in soups make them good.
Also good on chicken....

I do not use it as much as before...but back in the 90s I really loved it at the Chinese resturants.

Do they have the Vietnamese Pho places in Cleveland Pete?
they are everywhere here...the sauce is great with that.

Half Rooster Sauce, half ketchup makes a great sauce for Philly Cheese Steak sandwich!

I've never heard of Pho :) But searching there is a couple places nearby, I'll have to try it.

It is sort of like beef noodle soup with ride noodles and mint leaves added. It also has some sort of bamboo shoot sort of veggie. Then they put in beef strips, pork, etc.

Now if you do not like tough meat make sure they do not put in tripe..hard to chew.

I usually get the meatball one...basically sausage cut up.

It is pretty good but the key is not to eat it all the time.

It is good stuff. Right now I am still working on my Serrano chile plant's offerings, little rascals got more heat than the store bought ones lol.

Tabasco better watch out! One of my favorite marinades for slow cooked/smoked chicken on the grill is half hot sauce and half Italian dressing. The coals burn of a good amount off the chile's heat. Dang now I'm hungry, too.;)
