Holocaust Reparations by French Railway System
 

Holocaust survivors are demanding that the French railway system, SNCF, pay reparations to Holocaust survivors before the company can bid on a light rail system here in Maryland. Though tragic, I don't support the idea of the French railway paying for what the Nazis compelled them to do. What say you?

The survivors are blaming the wrong entity IMO.

I agree. I'm thinking it's because SNCF has assets and the survivors here now believe that they have leverage to get at those assets.

I think the company would do well by making a huge donation without any coercion.
