Huge attack on Israel from Gaza. Israeli Defense Forces and intelligence agencies caught with their pants down. Thankfully, my son and his wife completed their State Dept rotation there last year. Iran certainly is playing a role in this (and likely Russia as well).

While it is perhaps satisfying to hear those clowns criticized, Pence appeased Trump at every turn. Moreover, Hamas does not respond to American domestic politics. If this is on anyone, it is on Bibi, Putin and the Iranian mullahs.

So everyone is to be blamed for Israel's massive intelligence failure.

The essence is that Israel is surrounded by terrorists. Liberals in this country and in the Israeli Knesset want to blame the state of Israel for the conditions in Gaza. The conditions in Gaza are the responsibility of Hamas...a terrorist organization that has money that could be used to improve conditions for the people under their control. Money that goes elsewhere...money that goes to terrorism.

Was a failure of intelligence blamed on the WTC/Pentagon attacks in 2001? Fuck no...Al Qaeda was blamed. And rightly so. There was pissing and moaning about substandard airport/airline security which was addressed. And which the stupid American people have been ragging and scowling about for over 20 years. Remember Jackie Mason, "The TSA is great at catching old Jews with keys."

The essence is religious fanatical hate and terrorism. Seems to me that along with the people of this country, the people of Gaza are getting exactly the kind of government they deserve.
