They are very replaceable and have no bargaining...
They are very replaceable and have no bargaining power. Firing and blacklisting will result if a person succeeds in getting the federal wage and hour guys to investigate, which is damned unlikely...

OK, this fact sheet definitely says the time for travel from worksite A to worksite B must be paid. Some things are not clear though.
Ordinary commuting time from home to a fixed workplace is not...
