Not so. Mandatory coverage will do just that. That's the whole point of it - getting the young and healthy onboard.
As for disingenuous names for bills, the GOP has made an art form of it - Patriot Act, anyone? Freedom to Farm Act?
As for Romney trying to distance himself from his signature political achievement, it's part of his record. It's kinda like falsifying a resume, methinks - kinda like O'Donnell.
