Sounds like my crew from a few years back.
Had one guy, Terry, who would get up at 4 AM and start drinking. They left one day in my company van (called the "Party Van" at the lumber yard) and returned a couple of minutes later because Terry had forgotten his tools. I asked, "You didn't forget your cooler of beer, did you?"
He hadn't.
Had another one show up when we were doing the addition on the local Methodist Church wearing a tee shirt which read "I may be shy, but I've got a big dick". I finally had to read these yahoos the riot act.
Even construction workers should have a certain amount of decorum. Damned idiots, including myself for putting up with it for over 10 seconds.
