I'm not so sure that your portrayal of what actually happened, other than the candy and the soda pop, is accurate.

I will admit, a black in a hoodie is suspicious. Not because of racism, but because blacks commit a disproportionate amount of crime.

I'm simply stating the obvious. And by the way, if I see some skinhead who looks like the tattooed freak in the sideshow, I keep an eye on him as well. Because they commit a disproportionate amount of crime as well.

Chas let's cut the shit. We both know Zimmerman found him "suspicious" because the kid was a big black guy with a hoodie. (as both you and I might, as we both might also find a skin head suspicious simply because of his look and our prejudice)

The kid was not walking between homes as the homes were attached homes, townhouses. Did he veer off the walkway on a corner to walk down a row in the back? Probably. Most folks do if it's shorter.

Here is the bottom line.

Trayvon was out looking for candy and a soda.
Zimmerman was out looking for trouble.

Zimmerman MADE the trouble he was looking for at the expense of an innocent kid. Then when his fantasy came to life it went wrong so he got scared and killed Trayvon.

It was premeditated in as much as he knew his fantasy could come true hence he had a gun to make sure he maintained control of his fantasy.

Like I said this is not murder legally but murder it is.
