Either of two could be possible
1) THE CUSTOMER DID WRITE IT AND IS LYING ABOUT IT..
2) ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WROTE IT!!
Seeing how CHRISTIANS CAN BE,I would say #1 is more plausable!!
