Dennis has always been a dreamer. Brilliant, but unrealistic. There is a place for such people, unfortunately running a major city in perpetuum isn't one of them.
I recall when the "Boy Mayor" banned the "World Series of Rock". What an excellent way to piss off an entire generation of Ohioans.
