Uh, Finn? When you stop hyperventilating, you might notice that Penn is not actually in the White House, nor does hi represent any part of the Republican party or Devin Nunes. The tactic of pulling out all your bogie men in an attempt the debate / respond to Penn's arguments isn't gonna work here.
