your spam is not even accurate. xanax has a very short half life and hence needs to be taken at least 4 times a day to keep anything approaching even blood levels
that is why it is not recommended as for anything other than short term use, that along with the fact that it is more addicting then the better know street drugs with a significantly worse withdrawal syndrome making heroin withdrawal look like a walk in the park
