They're indications of education, sophistication, intellectual curiosity and, yes, intelligence. These are all important qualities in our political leaders (which is what this boob wants to be). When it was pointed out that Puerto Rico wasn't a foreign country but a territory of his own country,
the country he seeks to help govern, he responded with "I really don’t care what it is. It doesn't matter."
