Freddie Mercury was gay right, so if I like his art this much, why would I be down on him for his sexuality. His sexuality is none of my damn business and I should just feel lucky that he chose to share his art with me. So, if it's good for Fred, it's good for all in my book.

I am however still against abortion if one man gets another man pregnant.
Not long ago I agree'd to help out in a new home a banker was building. He wanted cabinets built on site, and custom entertainment center hand built on site ( nothing pre-fab brought in ) and hidden book shelves, etc. There were three of us working in that house together for about 8 weeks. One of them was gay, and even the man in charge wasn't happy about it, but after a couple weeks the gay feller told me his life story. I wont go into full detail of his business but long story short, the guy married a girl as a cover up and ended up having two kids before she found out he was gay and dumped him. It devastated his children not because they loved him any less or shamed him, but because they were torn apart from him when their mom quickly won full custody. The kids also got bashed in school when friends caught wind of the reason their mother left him. It also tore him apart because he loved the kids dearly but could not help how he felt about the lifetime man in his life and blamed himself for all the events that unfolded when his wife learned of him. It's sad really. After hearing his story, that is when I started to open my eyes and realise that it wasn't right to avoid them just because I was raised to or because the church folks scream it is wrong and god doesn't create an obomination. It only teaches our own kids to do the same and the mistreatment will never stop. I've re-thunk alot of things. But still stand firm against abortion. I believe life starts at conception. I'm about to be grandaddy of twin girls.
