Indiana is a Right to Work State and thus forcing out representation in existing places of employment. Bring in new with he incitement of a work place free from any Unions. Even when a Union is still active in a business anymore they are so weaken to almost be of little effect.
So events much like this occur every more frequently. Plus for a employer friendly state like Indiana to fine a business show just how egregious the facts must be.
