Quick food tip - for tacos, don't buy the prepared taco shells. They shatter when you bite into them and don't taste all that great.
Instead, buy corn tortillas and brown them lightly in a small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet, but leave them a bit pliable. Fold them in half and put them in a warm oven (~200-250 deg, F) until you have enough. They hold together and taste far better than the prefab version.
