One of the republicans listed in the article is King, a representative from NY. They have use weasel language in their "backing off," however. They still say they oppose rate increases, but want to do it with deductions - like in the plan that Mitt lost on.
The Morning Joe had an
interesting take on increasing capital gains rates.
