Yeah. My nieces husband had been unemployed for nearly a year, but recently found work at an aluminum extrusion plant in Ohio....as a temp. So, he's working again, but $8 an hour is tough when you have two kids at home and one in college. He says the boss likes him and told him when 90 days is up to go ahead and put in for full time employee, which will almost double his pay. My buddy Rick is working all sorts of overtime at Severstal Steel after a sixteen month layoff, and he can use the money, now that he's paying for a divorce, child support and has his alcoholic mother living with him.
