Why was Bibi in DC, not long ago, bleating for "support" from the US Congress? Because, he knows Israel would never survive on it's own. So, our religious fanatics had to be reminded of every reason why seeking a peaceful solution with Iran's religious fanatics is such a bad idea.

Iran hates Israel.

Israel knows they are surrounded by insane people who will probably side with Iran if the shit hits the fan.

Irani religious zealots hate America because our religious zealots and our idiot government support Israel.

Bibi runs to his big brother and begs him to protect him from the bullies.

ANY attempt at defusing the situation peacefully is out of the question, straight out of the gate. Read Bibis book, Fighting Terrorism. The man has as much intention to peacefully coexist as the Ayatollahs do. What does that leave? Just look at the American idiots calling for war. The End Times. Armageddon. Whatever you want to call their insane quest to facilitate the alleged return of Christ.

Israel is a lightning rod for perpetual shitstorms in the Middle East, that the United Nations erected and we support. Other countries contribute very little or nothing at all because they see it for the pointless pain in the ass that it is. If you don't see it, it's because you don't want to, or maybe you do, but don't care because it serves your personal religious/emotional purposes?

To me, it's not worth fighting for. If you prop up your tent in the middle of a busy freeway and you get run over, you are an idiot. If you expect others spend money and/or risk their live to come to your rescue, you are an asshole.

People who hold up a lightning rod, then bitch when they get struck, deserve what they just got.
