No one moved the goalposts, pissant. The only way that this government can "control of industry and commerce" - as you accuse - is by enacting legislation, executive order or regulation. If anything, the regulatory environment for business has become less restrictive under Trump. There has been no EO's and no legislation that would establish additional control of industry and commerce.

Tariffs are not "control of industry and commerce" to the level that fascists would practice it, so swing and a miss.

So, enlighten me. Where has this government assumed "control of industry and commerce"?
