Paul actually does seem to get nervous in front of largely black crowds. It's obvious that when he is faced with that situation his tone and his rhetoric changes.

Paul always looks nervous. Can't really see him as a powerful charismatic leader—milk toast comes to mind. I do like some of his dad's positions.
