Merkel is being slick here. She is accommodating to
Russia and Iran yet she is criticizing Trump re Russia and Iran in Syria.
Is she prepared to send German troops on a long term mission to Syria?
Does she intend to stop Nordstream 2?
How about some forgiveness of debt for the Greeks to whom the Germans sold a lot of arms, especially Leopard tanks.
Merkel should be observed for action, not for noise.
Probably she is still mad with US Intel for hacking her phone.
