In recent news, the ACLU and NAACP sued the Ferguson-Florissant school district for their discriminatory method of electing board members(black are 75% of the students, but only one seven reps is black), and the Missouri Attorney General is suing thirteen municipalities for violating state law by generating over 30% of their operating revenue from tickets, all in the St. Louis area. What a surprise!
