Well, could be I guess. I think he's trying to find something that will fly with eveyone. It doesn't say what "older" means. I know there is a lot of push back from very young people in their 20s saying "I'm really healthy at this point. Why do you want to force me to get insurance?" Of course, we want them to get insurance because it's all pay and little spend. That's part of how it all gets paid for. I think the line in the article may have been misleading. "More" than younger people, but not "more" than they're paying now?
