But I don't think the staffer made it up. I think it was on the candidate's credit card statement. So the error is understandable, and I think the worst thing the GOP fellow has done is 'fire' the poor staffer.
And that this typical GOP tower of rectitude has, as usual, dirty laundry, is just a fun fact.
