Only if Kushner were to admit (in front of a grand jury ?) that Trump knew that he had lost the election. If Kushner does the usual "I do not recall", then what? Its Christie's word against Kushner and doubt Jack Smith will move forward with this without corroboration. This is just my non legal opinion.
