Please explain what you mean. I am new here and don't see how weeding out the non contributors effects anything. I just don't have to babysit is my understanding.
I don't ignore people for disagreeing, I ignore them when they prove they have nothing to offer. I don't get that impression from you.
I have been proven wrong before and usually thank the person for their correction.
