Scrap Dodd Frank and simply adopt Glass Steagal. And for Heavens sake re-write the mortgage laws, get rid of mortgage brokeers and Title companie. Negotiate mortgages direct with banks and once granted the bank must hold the mortgage for its lifetime. So we don't need Freddie or Fannie
