I had a foreman like this guy one time. While he didn't spend all day looking at porn, he sure as hell didn't spend it working, or even supervising my crew...which was what he was supposed to be doing.
So I fired his ass and eliminated his position. And you know what, not only did I start making more money, I actually started getting more work accomplished.
But I lost his vote in the next election.
