Know from personal experience with law enforcement over these many years. That the best policy is to keep your mouth shut, eyes down and take the ticket, arrest if it come to that.
You will not be able talk your way out of either, just make it worse. Knowing a bad situation can escalate quickly. Being a "long hair driving a van" had my unfair share of pull overs. Could of just cut my hair, shaved and drove another vehicle....but didn't!
Then here are many who do not have that option!
The solution is to not only make the police more liable for over reacting. Using to much force intimidation aggressive. Also make those who choose to resist shoulder a share of the blame for the results of their actions.
More liability all around.
