The impression I have is that the needs are massive--there are indeed strong aid efforts by the responders present, but suffering remains terrible and getting worse in some ways with the passing of time. Calling the aid story "good news" is offensive posturing. And Trump's personal insults against the San Juan mayor, and Puerto Ricans in general, are of course outrageous.
