Made it out to the shop to do some soldering today. All I need to complete the x-overs is the L-Pads, due to arrive from PE on Tuesday. I didn't manage to harangue anyone into taking me to the local electronics shop until this morning, and they were fresh out. (Should have called ahead, every bump in the road felt like a punch to the stomach. But, it was excellent to get out of the friggin' house.) At least the guys there knew what I was talking about........Those morons at Rat Shack had no idea what an L-Pad is. A sad sign of the times.
Anyways, once the x-overs are done, I will be able to test, get a good idea what these beasts sound like. Then-------final assembly.
Will post pictures later on tonight. Was in a bit of pain from todays earlier adventures, took some more drugs, too stoned to be messing around the camera right now.
