Hmmm

I am still getting my military retirement check every month. And shopping at the commissary. And receiving my Tricare without co-pay.

What government are you talking about?

Then why not impeach him. If he is the worst president ever, should be a slam dunk. This is known as putting your money where your mouth is. Note I am using the word "you" in a collective sense so don't take this personal.

If you mean the election slogan "Hope & Change", agreed. Universally though human beings are optimists and as such live on hope and without change, life will be hopeless.

Now as to the government, we have three branches. None of the three are working and yet the bureaucracy is doing well. Maybe for now it is best this way since there will be minimal government interference (do nothing congress). But of course, we can shut down the bureaucracy if we let Ted have his way.

Remember Obama can only execute the laws that congress passes and the supremes bless. Despite your belief, he is not an emperor.

My trust in government is inversely related to the amount of power and influence the Republicans have.
