The recession ia over here and we have fully recovered
How do I know this? There is an article in the paper today about a subdivision that bulldozed down some nice Ozarks woods to build $300,000 to $1,000,000 + dollar houses who are now opposing a rezoning to do the same thing with the patch of woods behind them. That is a sure sign that everything is all better. /snark
