Wow! According to ABC's general election poll this morning Obama's bounce has already evaporated and his job approval is back in negative territory.

Bob,

That's not the case at all.

Go find an Executive Order that "allows" EOs from a previous administration. You won't find one. There is no such animal.

Here is one that revokes an existing EO, which is typical.

On the other hand, the President's approval rating is climbing.

And CNN and Gallup each had the President with six point leads.

Shall we mention the electoral college?

If you start licking your chops too soon, you might end up choking on crow feathers.

Sorry to hear that Budge, good luck on the job search. You'll find a better job.

To be honest with you Budge, from the tenor of your posts here is sounds like this has been a growing experience for you. It also shows in your accepting responsibility for whatever events occurred that led to you parting ways with your employer. I predict that you will look back and see this as an opportunity rather than a setback.

Regards,

D-Ray

Poor choice of words on my part. I stand corrected. I do know that an executive order stands until revoked or superseded.
