Gasp! Workers Have Rights

A Wisconsin court has ruled that Gov. Walker's anti-union law is unconstitutional.

It's really a small step back into the beginning of the twentieth century for worker's basic rights in this country. I'm happy this judge saw fit to see this rationally. It's really sad that some think that the cause or progenitor of dishonest politicians is a mere teachers union or the dreaded AFSCME or a friggin' coal miners union, for that matter.

It's 14th amend. (equal protection) and 1st amend. (freedom of association) according to the judge. Sounds good to me but what do I know.

Here's a link that I found. enjoy...

Good, but not good enough. I'm sure this will be kicked up the chain.

That little Kochsucking flunky for the Plutocracy won't let it rest at that. I'm sure his massas are a fussin' an' fumin' and the weasel faced little buttlicker is running at their heels promisin' to make it go away.

The constitution? These people don't give two shits about the constitution unless you show them how it can make them some money.

I wonder why Moody's sees it different than you do? No disrespect whell but I'll take the opinion of the one of the largest bond rating firms over yours anyday. Your track record of being correct doesn't stack up to theirs.
