The Buck Stops Here... [To Some Degree]
Part of Obama's trouble in ascertaining any form of robust leadership during his presidency has been his decided inability to accept blame or take responsibility for his shortcomings or to accept the challenges that were presented to him during his presidency.
He obviously hasn't learned yet, suggesting that not only is he not a born leader, but he hasn't grown in that capacity with his experience in office.

Hmmmm......
In the Univision interview I disticntly heard him say, "...mistakes have been made, and I have certainly learned a few lessons....." (paraphrased)
It's Republicans who despise apology and admission of mistakes. Who hasn't noticed that?
They somehow see it as a sign of weakness. I see their stance as a sign of dogmatism and he-man stupidity.
Save your simple minded nonsense for your Tea Party meetings.

Aren't you a little confused, Mess? I thought it was Obama who was always apologizing and wasn't it "W" who said that he couldn't think of a single mistake he had made as president?

Apparently that is a media outlet that one may not trust, in that it inaccurately reported the President's comments. I hope that you haven't wasted your money contributing to that propaganda outlet.

CNS is owned by Brent Bosell's Media Research Center which, in turn, is funded by two different Scaife foundations, a Coors foundation and an assortment of other far right organizations and individuals. Nuff sed.

The Univision interview was bad enough for him. The 60 minutes interview last night was even more embarrassing and will potentially be more damaging to him.
Some of the highlights include:
Obama referring to the terrorst attack on the US embassy in Bengazi (in which four of our civiliand diplomats including the ambassador were killed) as "a bump in the road".
Obama refers to the pressure from Netanyahu to take a more meaningful stand against Iran as "noise".
The topic of this thread which is Obama saying: "as president I bear responsibility for everything, to some degree..."
An admission about his campaign ads: "Do we see sometimes us going overboard in our campaign, mistakes that are made, areas where there’s no doubt that somebody could dispute how we are presenting things, that happens in politics . . ."
Here's a Wash Post article that lays some of his gaffes out from the 60 minutes interview:

Of course, opinions you agree with become "facts".

The liberal media can only protect him so much. He can't escape his own statements so easily and as media outlets are trying to help him in the final stretch with some appearances in which he's damaging himself. The truth is not his friend. He's built his campaign(s) upon so many lies regarding Romney that he seems to have started believing them to the point where he now has some kind of immunity and can start telling truths about how he really feels. Not good for him. Obama's only been popular as an idea/a facade. The true Obama risks alienating independent thinking Americans.

The source for all of this is the 60 Minutes interview aired last night. These are Obama's own words so I would never call them 'facts'. That he said these things... those are the facts.
