Aren't all of the petro companies multi-nationals? As an aside.

If this country was to get real and start charging a fair price for the the goods recovered from Federal Lands, not only oil and gas but gold and the likes. Not the bargain basement prices set years ago the Federal government would be in better shape. Quit giving tax breaks to companies not needing them.

i don't recall him asking the folks in Canuckistan if we were onboard with his plans. Last time I checked, Canada was EXTREMELY pro-Obama, so we likely would tell him to hike it down to Mexico.
Secondly, we seem to be enjoying Chinese cash as much as the American variety of late, seeing as how you folks are shutting all your industries down and sending your money to Bejing. It might behoove us to continue shipping our oil east, rather than south.

I don't think Mitt could find us on a map anyway, so he might not even know the difference.

Of all the companies active in the oil sands in Canada only one is Canadian, the rest don't give a damn about the environment.

Why is Romney not calling for United States energy independence? That and "North American" energy independence are not the same.

The Keystone pipeline will move Canadian oil to the Gulf Coast where it will be refined and then sold on the world market by multinational corporations.

The problem is that oil is our biggest export.
