Apparently, even this right-wing SCOTUS can't find any credibility in the birther claims. Today the Court, for the second time, upheld the $20,000 sanctions against the attorney pushing the frivolous claims in court.

It is kind of interesting to see the wingnuts cheering for a woman, born in the former Soviet Union, using her mail-order law degree to challenge the legitimacy of a democratically elected president.
