Thank you, I bought it from Corbin in 2005 tho don't ride as much as I did after I retired from the Army 1989 and got a Harley Sportster in trade for one of my Rolex Datejusts.
Owned a succession of Harleys and Hondas after retirement abd rode them a lot before I got this custom project motorbike from Corbin. Also briefly had a BMW K1000 flying brick as well, much better bike than the R60/5 I had in the 1970s. I ride less now it enjoy it just as much when I do. BTW, I did 3 tours on Germany 1967-69, 77-80, 886-89. Left before everything changed overnight later.
I'd like to see pix of your NSUs. I was in Grafenwohr my first tour, there was a large scrap yard where they were scrapping 28 steam locomotives and I saw a couple interesting motorbikes in the scrap pile.
